Refund Policy for Returned Items

Thank you for shopping our small business! We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if there is any reason you are not happy with your item(s), you may return those items using the return/exchange form found inside of your order, or found here

 

Starting a return

In any case of an exchange or refund, please return items unworn, unwashed, in new condition, with all tags still attached. We ask that all returns be postmarked 14 days from receiving (if any issues persist, please call the store). We ask that all returns are sent back in some sort of poly-mailer or box the item(s) we’re received in. If shipping any type of shoes and/or boots, please do not use the box as a method of shipment. Please place the original box in another box or a poly-mailer.

In the instance of a return, you as the buyer are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to the store. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

When returning items, we suggest you use a traceable method of shipping. We are not responsible for items that are lost in transition from you to us. 

There will be a 10% restock fee for any returned items not properly packaged resulting in damage during shipping. 

 

Exchanging for another item(s)

If you are exchanging a full price item for an item(s) of lesser value, you will be issued a refund for the difference. If you are exchanging an item(s) that are on clearance or that has a red sale tag for an item(s) of lesser value, you will be issued a gift card for store credit for the difference. If you are exchanging any item(s) for an item(s) of greater value, you will be sent an invoice for the difference of purchase and your new item(s) will not be shipped out until the invoice has been paid. 

 

Returning for money back

If you are returning an item(s) for your money back, we will only be issuing a refund to the original payment method if the item is a full priced item(s). 

ALL CLEARANCE SALES ARE FINAL, however, if item(s) are on clearance or have a red sale tag are returned, the only issued refunds will be in the form of a gift card for store credit. There will be no refunds made back to the original payment method in the case of a clearance item(s) being returned unless item(s) has been received damaged.

Shortages or Damaged Items

If you receive your order and you are missing items, or the items have come damaged, reports need to be made within 3 days of receiving your order. Please call or email the store to get the process of returning or getting your complete order out to you.
